Jodi Adams, CLTMC, CCMC, Certified Career EQ Strategist, is the owner of A People Path, Career Choice Coach, Leap Fish Websites.  While being a life and career coach is her main love, she has done websites for the fun and challenge of learning something new.

Jodi is a multi-award winning manager, her track record for leading and developing winning teams led her to break sales records and improve quality scores in many areas for several companies.  She has won:

“Rookie of the Year” with a Fortune 500 in 1997 for “For executive leadership, superior training skills and a high level of retailing excellence achieved during this past fiscal year.”

“Manager of the Year” with a Fortune 50 company for exceeding sales, NBT budgets.   Other notable criteria for the award included: training execution, reduced turnover, reduced accidents, succession planning, improved customer and employee satisfaction scores.

The fortune 50 company recognized her ability to troubleshoot and turn an under performing asset into a profitable one, thus asking her to relocate on numerous occasions.

As a leader and manager Jodi believes the success of every team and organization revolves around people, training, and career development.  She believes managers often fail their people by not giving them honest feedback, along with necessary support and education to fulfill their full potential.  Jodi believes there are differences in how women and men need to be encouraged and coached to achieve results, she has found the biggest gap in corporate America to be the underdevelopment of women for leadership roles.  Jodi’s management philosophy that created winning teams over and over was based on her fundamental belief that men and women need different management styles for success.

In Jodi’s role as a life/career coach she is excited and enthusiastic about helping others take charge of their career development and achieve their full capabilities.  She looks forward to finishing her book that expounds on her vast experience of working with people and watching them attain their goals.  Jodi enjoys the enormous satisfaction of helping people better themselves and looks forward to continuing her career and education.

Throughout her career as a recruiter, Stacy found that many people just fell into a job rather than designing a fulfilling career path. Her passion is to help others discover what they are being called to do in their life’s work and to help them live out that purpose.
