Quest for Leadership
It seems many of us are looking for ways to improve our leadership. Leadership is the number one page that is landed on on this site and my other site CareerChoiceCoach.com. I am developing some easy steps to improve leadership because I seem to have had that question sent to me several times now.
What are some specific steps that can improve leadership?
I have asked some of my former managers what specifically did I do to help them improve their leadership skills and move forward. So I have put my focus this week on getting something concrete done. We all know there are some specific steps, what what are the steps you can start “right now” to get your people to look up to you more?
There are some specific steps. If you read “My Story” you will know it wasn’t that easy for me, it took a huge career setback that eventually worked to my advantage.
